Delete your Bahi account

This page explains how the owner of a shop on Bahi (by Gaurixa Technologies) can delete their account and data, on the website or in the Android app.

Delete it yourself

1. Log in as the shop owner at bahi.gaurixatechnologies.com or in the app.
2. Open My account from the menu.
3. Optional: tap Download a backup of your data first.
4. Under Delete my account, type your password and the word DELETE, then confirm.

The shop closes at once and everyone is logged out. You get a confirmation email.

Can't log in?

Write to [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp at +91 7050290802 from the mobile number or email on the account, with your shop name. We check it is really you, then delete the account in the same way.

What is deleted, and when

• After 7 days the shop and all its data are deleted for good: bills and estimates, items and stock, customers and suppliers, payments and expenses, staff logins, WhatsApp settings and message history, the online store, and uploaded logos and photos.
• During those 7 days you can log in and tap Cancel deletion to get everything back.
• Copies in our encrypted server backups are overwritten within a further 14 days.
• Records of plan payments are kept by our payment partner (Cashfree) as the law requires them to; we do not keep your card or bank details.

Staff members cannot delete the shop. The owner can remove a staff login any time from Settings → Staff.
