Terms of Service

These terms apply to Bahi (bahi.gaurixatechnologies.com, the Bahi app and the Bahi WhatsApp service), provided by Gaurixa Technologies, Goh, Aurangabad, Bihar – 824203, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Bahi you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Bahi helps shops and businesses make bills, keep stock, track udhar (credit) and payments, and see reports — on the website, the app and WhatsApp.

2. Your account

• Give correct details when you sign up, including a working email address and mobile number.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what is done from your account and by staff you add.
• Tell us quickly if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Your data

• The business data you enter (items, bills, customers, payments) belongs to you. You can download a full backup at any time from Reports.
• You are responsible for having the right to enter your customers' details and for using them lawfully. How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

4. GST, bills and tax filing

Bahi calculates GST and prepares bills, reports and government-format files from the details you enter (GSTIN, HSN codes, rates, place of supply). You remain responsible for the correctness of those details, for the bills you issue and for your tax filings. Bahi is a tool, not tax or legal advice — check important filings with your accountant.

5. Plans and payment

• New accounts get a free trial for 14 days or 10 bills, whichever comes first. After that, making bills needs a paid plan at the prices shown on our website at the time of payment; a plan starts only once its payment is confirmed. Your data stays viewable either way.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Gaurixa Technologies is not registered under GST, so no GST is added to plan prices.
• Plans do not renew automatically. If a paid plan is not renewed, new bills pause after a short grace period; your existing data stays available to view and download.
• Refunds follow our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy.
• Messages sent through your own WhatsApp Business number are charged to you by Meta, not by us.

6. Fair use

Do not use Bahi for anything unlawful, to send spam or messages people did not agree to receive, to try to access other accounts, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Bahi available and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time. If we change these terms in an important way, we will show a notice in the app.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit) arising from use of Bahi, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Bahi in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending the service

You may stop using Bahi at any time and delete your account. We may end or suspend an account that breaks these terms. Before deletion you can download your data.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Aurangabad, Bihar will have jurisdiction. Please contact us first — most problems can be solved quickly.
